ed last year by the Human Rights Coun-
cil, calls on member states, international
groups, and business enterprises to scale
up efforts to ensure a healthy environment
for all.
The UN Secretary-General, António
Guterres, welcomed the 'historic' deci-
sion and said the landmark development
demonstrates that Member States can
come together in the collective fight against
the triple planetary crisis of climate change,
biodiversity loss and pollution.
"The resolution will help reduce envi-
ronmental injustices, close protection gaps
and empower people, especially those that
are in vulnerable situations, including en-
vironmental human rights defenders, chil-
dren, youth, women and indigenous peo-
ples," he said in a statement released by his
Spokesperson's Office.
Now the fight is on to implement action
around the world.

to Thomas, Sr., and Janice (Colby) Grillo,
Tom resided in Mount Arlington, NJ, before
moving to Mansfield in 1999. He enjoyed
aviation, online gaming, and classic cars, as
well as, reading science fiction books and
boating on Lake Hopatcong. He was a vol-
unteer with the Boy Scouts of America and
a member of Rotary Club International.
Tom LOVED people. He was so kind
and wonderful. He truly had a heart of
gold. He never judged others and was so
understanding. Tom was incredibly intelli-
gent, curious and had a beautiful mind. He
loved his wife and children beyond mea-
sure. He was also a loving son and brother.

three sons, Thomas, III, Tyler, and Connor
Grillo, parents Thomas, Sr., and Janice (Col-
by) Grillo, sister Lisa Sebelle and her hus-
band William, father-in-law Wayne Ross,
Sr., mother-in-law Nancy Ross, nieces and
nephews William, Jr., Vivienne, Andrew,
Kaleigh Sebelle, Jessica Ross, and Wayne
Ross, III and brothers-in-law Wayne Jr. and
Steven Ross.
