In March 2022, the Biden-Harris Admin - istration launched an initiative to improve in- door air quality as a part of the National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan (link here). Additionally, the US Environmental Protection Agency released a guidance document aimed at helping building operators improve indoor air quality to protect the public's health (link here). Considering the new national focus on reducing disease transmission through im- proved air quality, the meeting will cover topics such as the importance of indoor air quality, providing quality indoor air across the U.S. and internationally, and catalyzing indoor air quality science and technology innovation. The conference will take place in person from 8:30am-5pm, and a reception is planned from 5:00-6:30pm. This is a free event. Check out the Indoor Air Conference Agenda. The HVAC filters at this property are MERV 15 throughout the entire building including in the Convene space. The topics will be covered in a panel format, with each panel consisting of a brief presentation followed by a moderated dis- cussion.
